Bruschettini Margherita Less Calories


1 bag of Asturi, Bruschettini Classic Virgin Olive Oil flavor ½ cup of prepared pesto 15 halved bocconcini 8 diced Roma tomatoes Coarse salt and ground black pepper


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. On a baking sheet, line up the Bruschettini. Spread the prepared pesto sauce on the Bruschettini. Place the halved bocconcini on top. Grab a tablespoon of diced tomatoes and place on top of bocconcini. Add salt and pepper as needed. Toast in oven for about 3 minutes or until light golden brown. Enjoy this bruschetta version of a Margherita Pizza!
