Mexican Breakfast Bruschetta


1 bag of Asturi Bruschettini, Classico Virgin Olive Oil flavor 2 eggs Guacamole


Place eggs in a sauce pan and cover with water, cook on high heat until the water boils, then turn down to a simmer for 15 minutes. Drain eggs and let cool. Spread guacamole on the Bruschettinis. Once the eggs are cool, peel and cut them into round slivers. Place one sliver per Bruschettini and devour away!
