Black Bean Pico de Gallo


1 bag of Asturi FocacciBites Olive Oil & Sea Salt

30 oz canned black beans, drained and rinsed

15 oz canned corn

2 roma tomatoes, diced

½ red onion, diced

¼ cup cilantro, chopped

5 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt & pepper

Jalapeño (optional)

Directions Yum

Mix the beans, corn, tomatoes, and onions in a bowl. If you’d like to add a spicy kick add jalapeño as well.

Add the lime juice, olive oil, and cilantro and continue mixing.

Add Salt and Pepper to taste and refrigerate for an hour.

Once your mixer is nice and cool, place a spoonful on top of each FocacciBite.
