Shrimp and Mango Bruschettini


1 bag of Asturi Bruschettini, Classico flavor

½ pound fresh baby shrimp

2 cups mango, diced

½ cup lime juice

¼ cup chopped green onion

1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions Yum

In a bowl, mix the shrimp, diced mango and chopped green onion.

In a separate bowl, whisk the lime juice and cayenne pepper.

Pour the liquid mixture over the shrimp and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Arrange Bruschettinis on a baking sheet.

Top each Bruschettini with the shrimp mixture and cook for about 6-8 minutes and voilà, you have created a shrimp & mango Bruschettini masterpiece!
